Payments & Refund Policy

Credit card isn't working

We accept many cards, but some may not be compatible with our system. Make sure your billing address and zip code match your credit card details. If payment fails, try entering your billing info again. If it still doesn't work, it might be because we don't support your card type. You can try using shopify pay or google pay instead.

Refunds & Exhanges

During a drop, we'll try to handle refunds/exchanges. after the presale drop ends, all orders are final. We'll still consider exchange/refund requests and our customer service team will review each case individually. For damaged/defective products, email support@itsokaytofeelshop.comwithin 7 days with your order number.

Can I change my order after its submitted?

All orders are final sale once submitted and may not be changed, cancelled or updated.

Damaged or Defective items

When it comes to manufacturing clothing there are many steps in the process. these steps can cause pressure lines from embroidery and small marks or oil stains. These minor imperfections should resolve themself after washing with detergent/stain remover. 

If washing the item does not resolve the issue, please email support@itsokaytofeelshop.com.

Include the following:

  • Order number
  • Name on the order
  • Email address you used when ordering
  • Clear pictures of the item showing the defect/damage

This policy is effective for 30 days after the tracking status shows as delivered. If it has been 30 days since your order we cannot offer a refund or exchange. If applicable we will replace a defective or damaged item.

Shipping, Taxes, & Duties

How long will my order take to ship?

Shipping can take anywhere between one to four weeks. While we make every effort to ship all orders within that time frame, processing delays outside of our control may occur and unfortunately, we cannot make guarantees on shipping dates. It is also important to note that all orders are custom made to reduce waste and over consumption.

What happens if my shipping address changed or is incorrect?

If you need to make a change to your shipping address, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, processing begins immediately and there may be instances that your shipping label has been created and cannot be changed. If this is the case, please contact USPS with your tracking number to have your package rerouted.

My package shows delivered, but it never showed up

There are two scenarios that could have taken place.

1. The tracking link might have been updated prematurely by the shipping carrier.

2. Your package could be concealed near your mailbox or building. Carriers often hide packages for the safety of the goods if they cannot deliver directly to you. Please thoroughly search the area and/or contact the shipping carrier to locate your package.

Who Pays for shipping fees?

Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

What should I do if my package is lost?

If you believe your package has been misplaced by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, Australia Post, and Royal Mail. please contact them directly and file a claim. It's okay to feel™ is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages; however, we will try our hardest to make sure the carrier locates your package. For all claims regarding lost/stolen packages email support@itsokaytofeelshop.com within 7 days of delivery receipt. Please include your order number and the case code from the carrier so we can assist you further.

Taxes & Duties

Website prices exclude taxes. Sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout and displayed on the order summary page. The customer is responsible for these charges; It's okay to feel™ will not reimburse these charges.

Shipping Carriers

Shipments are sent via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post. once shipped you will receive a tracking number to keep up with your order status.
