OUR STORY

At It's Okay to Feel, we’re more than just a clothing brand—we're a movement dedicated to offering free therapy to those who need it most. Therapy is crucial for healing, yet it's often out of reach for many due to cost, stigma, or lack of access. We believe everyone deserves support in navigating life’s challenges, and sometimes, all we need is someone to remind us that it’s okay to feel.

That’s why we’ve made it our mission to create safe spaces for genuine connection and mental well-being by providing free therapy at festivals. In collaboration with talented artists, we design clothing that not only looks good but does good. Every purchase helps us bring free therapy to those who might not otherwise have access to it, turning small actions into big, life-changing impacts.

With our motto "Wear Your Affirmations," we encourage you to express your emotions and take a stand for mental health. When you wear our pieces, you’re making a statement for empathy, supporting those in need, and starting important conversations about mental well-being.

By choosing It’s Okay to Feel, you're helping us break down the barriers to therapy. Together, we can bring empathy, understanding, and support to the forefront—one conversation, one festival, and one purchase at a time.
